I started practising gratitude journaling by listing 3 things I am grateful for daily to reflect + fill my brain with positive vibes 🧠✨. Research shows that regularly writing brief reflections on moments for which we’re thankful can significantly increase well-being and life satisfaction. Do you guys do this already?
